My philosophy:
I believe we are all born with the seeds of knowing inside us an innate sense of truth, belonging, and direction. But growing up often requires us to forget these truths in order to adapt. Over time, we shape-shift for love, approval, and survival until one day, we find ourselves disconnected from who we are. That disconnection can feel like anxiety, depression, emptiness, or a quiet ache that never quite goes away.
Therapy, to me, is not about fixing what’s broken it's about remembering. My goal is to offer a safe and steady container for whatever your soul is asking to alchemize in this moment. Together, we will not rush or force the process of transformation, but trust in its natural unfolding. My therapeutic style is direct and curious, with a touch of humor to keep our work insightful and approachable.
My work draws on Jungian analytical psychology (read more), dreamwork, archetypal exploration, active imagination, and parts work (IFS), as well as CBT, ACT, Feminist Theory, and Narrative Therapy. I hold a certificate in Analytical Psychology from the Solomon Institute and am currently completing a second certification under Satya Doyle Byock.
